The RoleThe RoleADS Securities in Abu Dhabi, UAE is offering a unique opportunity to join the fastest growing Middle Eastern trading platform, providing sophisticated Forex and Bullion trading solutions to institutional and professional investors. Located in a stable yet fast paced environment, ADS Securities is developing a new and dynamic Forex market from the far-east to Europe for 24/6 investors. As part of our continuing growth, ADS Securities is seeking dynamic and committed professionals for the role of an FX Dealer. With the key responsibility to ensure trading volumes, margins, markups and price spreads are continually optimized to maximize trading volume and profitability, this role will be responsible for Quoting Prices to Clients both Professional and Institutional and Manage Risk and Take Positions on Client Flow through trading activities. Other responsibilities will include: Maintain a consistent track record of excellent client service delivery and operational performance in an increasingly complex, regulatory and operating environment Monitor House and Client Exposures in compliance with company policy Be responsible for monitoring client position vs. margin requirements Trade on Client accounts in accordance with instructions Ensure that all trading is carried out within the companys risk parameters Ensure efficient and prompt management of orders and execution of transactions Keep abreast of product knowledge and market intelligence Be responsible for maintenance calls/closing positions Ensure that all compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to and mitigation strategies followed Participate in regular briefings and presentations internal and external Identify services delivery issues and implement solutions Proactively monitor risk on all open options positions. |
RequirementsRequirementsAs the ideal candidate you hold a Bachelor Degree or Equivalent and have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Dealer. You will have detailed knowledge of the market, trading and trading systems and knowledge and experience managing client accounts and supporting client trading activities. You will have an in-depth understanding of global financial markets and be able to take calculated risks based on an awareness of economic and market issues as they impact the strategic direction of the department and its linkages with the company.
