Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the leading HVAC supplier and manufacturer, is looking to recruit experienced Dealer/Distribution Sales Engineers to be based in KSA, as part of the company's plans to expand their presence in KSA. The role will require interaction with customers and selling directly to distributors and retailers for smaller HVAC units.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying, setting up, and managing the dealers/distributors sales network for company's unitary products for the local market.
Maximize sales and margins for the sales across within assigned territory.
Provided dealers with the tools to favourably influence their sales results.
Lead, manage and maximize the sales as well as the performance of the dealers/distributors in order to meet the agreed financial and business targets.
Act as an intermediary between dealers and the organization.
Frequent site visits to distributors / retailers and dealers required.

Requirements

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector.
Mechanical Engineering degree.
Familiar with the HVAC Distribution / Dealer industry trends and competition.
Strong understanding and work exposure to engineering and construction industry within the region.
Effective communicator (presentation, negotiation and influencing).
Knowledge of contractual terms.
Strong network of business contacts including and not limited to contractors and subcontractors.
Previous work experience in KSA.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Arabic speaking candidates will be given preference.
Must hold a valid Driving license.
