Essentially, Transaction Services helps clients do better deals and create value through mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and green field projects, by providing such detailed financial analysis (and supporting our other Deals business units) through:
* Buy side due diligence.
* Vendor due diligence.
* IPO assistance.
* Business valuations.
* Modelling support.
* Sale and Purchase Agreement advice.
* Independent business reviews.
We are dedicated to assisting our clients develop the right strategy before a deal, executing their deals seamlessly, and identifying issues and points of negotiation and value throughout the entire deal life-cycle.
Requirements
As a Senior Consultant, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients, during the projects and as part of overall business development efforts. You will also assist clients in deal structuring and documentation matters and work closely with other departments to develop and execute joint projects. You will also contribute to the development of the team and the firm, through coaching and training other team members.Bachelor's degree in Finance, or accounting.
* CPA, ACA, ACCA or MBA qualified are desirable.
* 3+ years experience in financial due diligence work.
* Adopts a skeptical mindset and common sense in equal measure in establishing the underlying drivers of balances or movements, refusing to accept explanations which make little sense.
* Demonstrates an awareness of the attributes of good report writing and is capable of drafting straightforward slides.
* Takes responsibility for managing their own time and outputs based on the broader engagement timeline.
* Consults with senior team members where necessary, but is willing to offer an opinion or proposed solution where practical.
* Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
* Must be bilingual, Arabic & English.
