Job description / Role
- Put together an maintain an internal control framework customized for MEAC by working cross functions
- Ensure implementation of all guidelines and compliance across portfolio of responsibilities
- Perform Internal control assessment twice per year & communicate score, gap and action plan to all stakeholders
- Ensure Credit Management policy is followed in the markets and actively work with F&C and Commercial function to reduce Bad Debts, DSO and ageing balance
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and first time quality
- Oversee closings, including review of reconciliations and ensuring compliance with book closing procedures
- Provide support to team for daily operational questions.
- Support SAP training to users.
- Ensure all finance changes to SAP are implemented and communicated to the necessary stakeholders.
- Support other functions in the business in fulfilling their role and achieving their business objectives. Raise awareness on relevant issues from finance & control perspective.
Requirements
- Prior Experience in Accounting / Finance
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in English and Language in the market (where Appl.)
