Job description / Role
We are seeking applicants for a full-time position of Delay Analyst for our Doha project basically to evaluate the impact of design changes and variations on the projects program. Initially you would be an integral part of the Planning team.
Candidate should have experience with Primavera, Time Impact Analysis, Extension Of Time claim submissions, with the ability to summarize the findings into a narrative substantiated by supporting documents, and communicate the findings to the Clients representative in a convincing manner.
Reporting to Planning/ Commercial Director, using the resources of QS/ Planner from the current pool.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years as Delay Analyst, in the GCC market.
Preferred Nationality: European/ South African/ Australian/ New Zealand
Take-home Salary: Approx., QAR 70 - 75k inclusive of accommodation, local transport
Employment Status: Family
Office working: 6-days a week with 2 Saturdays off in a month;
Annual Leaves: 21 calendar days
Air Tickets: Economy class to home country, after end of one year of employment for self & family, Medical Insurance, Insurance provided in Qatar for self & family
Terminal Benefits: As per Qatar Labor Laws
