Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Your responsibilties will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading projects including providing consulting, sustaining client realtionships as well as delivering and evaluating talent management solutions.
- Supervising, managing and developing interns, including line management where appropriate.


Key Accountabilities:
- Delivers solutions
- Talent Management (e.g. Competency Frameworks, Assessment, Role Profiling,)
- Workforce Analytics
- Training Delivery for standard public courses or in-house customised/bespoke training ( OPQ, ----Assessor Training, Competency Design and Job Analysis, Competency Based Interviewing)
- Manage client project delivery ensuring a shared understanding on all required steps, project components and resources for a timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Contribution to client deliverables and solutions.
- Achieves personal consulting delivery targets and contributes to team level targets.
- Promotes and drives customer service/delivery excellence

Requirements

- Outstanding insight with regard to individuals, teams, culture of organizations
- Good commercial insight based on working at senior levels within large scale businesses
- At least 3-5 years experience in Occupational psychology, Consulting and or HR/Talent Management consulting or as a practitioner with 1-2 years of line management responsibilities.
- Experience of delivering and managing client projects as a practitioner in two or more of the following areas:
- Graduate recruitment
- Volume recruitment
- Leadership assessment and development
- Talent management and succession planning.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Knowledge of data management and analysis, including qualitative and quantitative statistical techniques.
- Experience in delivering public training.

Skills:
- Understand and believe in the value of Talent Measurement in strategic human capital solutions.
- A persuasive and credible networker - with skills to develop existing opportunities and leverage new ones
- Project management basics
- Excellent report writing skills
- Proficient business English, Arabic language is advantageous although not essential
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent IT skills: Able to create and manipulate documents using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and SPSS
