Following the recent development of our activities in the Middle East and Africa, we are currently recruiting a Demand Planner to join our team:

Your main responsabilities will be :
- Achieve continuous improvement of the accuracy of forecast. Ensure that appropriate forecasting processes and methods are being followed and updated as needed. Maintain forecast data integrity.
- Provide guidance for and generate the total consensus and level forecasts to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with market trends. Communicate consensus plans and the assumptions behind them through the supply chain.
- Serve as liaison between Marketing, Product Management, Finance and supply chain forecasts (planning & execution) and Customer Service to assure that all sales forecasts and supply chain forecasts are accurate and that product allocation is fair provide updated guidelines if needed and communicate decisions to the Allocation Execution Team.
- Be the market expert in forecasting and demand planning business-wise as well as systems-wise. Be responsible for data maintenance and endorse the Demand Planning power user function, champion new ideas and approaches.
- Develop forecast methodology in the market and establish a general feeling of performance ownership from people to their business/area of responsibility.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the GCC.
- Strong IT skills, analytical skills. Good inter personal communicator, able to meet deadlines. Leadership, organization & control, initiative, flexibility, tenacity, driving for results, building effective relationships with people at all levels (both internal and external customers), driving for change/improvement, reliability.
