Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational FMCG company, is looking for an experienced and professional Demand Planning Analyst to join their team in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Financial Controller the Demand Planning Analyst will drive the product order process.

The Role
Job responsibilities include but not are not limited to the following:

Gather market orders & forecasts from markets/distributors by requested Groups deadlines.
Input data in our demand planning software SAP APO.
Guarantee the accuracy of the forecast maintained in APO in order to prevent any Out of Stock/Overstock of NTM or Finished goods.
Manage the phase in/out for new or delisted products with clear recommendations on volumes phasing.
Follow-up and ensure on-time deliveries, that volumes delivered are as per customers demands and that all required documents are rightly sent off the distributors to allow a smooth clearing process.
Be a problem solver when facing production/shipping/clearing issues in order not to face OOS in the markets by interacting closely with Supply Chain and distributors.
Provide reports when required on the status of open orders, order confirmations and invoices to allow a maximum of clarity and visibility to the distributors.
Understand, measure and report the potential impacts of volumes variations on gross margins.
Report volumes in the LE Application software.

Requirements

The successful candidate will poses the following key skills and attributes:

2 -3 years of relevant planning experience.
Advanced excel skills and knowledge.
Logical thinker with strong analytic skills.
SAP experience is preferred.
