Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The successful applicant is responsible for managing the operation of Mobility group which includes SCM Management, CORES/SD follow ups, assisting DI Sales Manager in office related correspondence and paperwork.

Provides inputs on SCM updates and manage the WOS effectively, communicate with all DI customers on their operational requirements and ensure timely payouts on CORES/SD with complete documentations.

Position Responsibilities:

SCM Role (60% of Time Required)
- Order Management,
- Inventory Input Ratio,
- Inventory Reliability,
- PSI Management (Uploading data )
- Update demand on GSCM based on weekly fluctuation, co-ordinate shipment with factory and PM team
- Follow up and Cross Check, PO prices from HQ, manage orders based on GSCM demand
- Closely work with order management team for releases, payments
- Managing Stock & Analysis (Inventory days, holding period, obsolesce inventory)
- Sales Analysis (Weekly & Monthly Excel update)
- SCM KPI Management (Simulation, Planning to improve scores)

Claims & Support to Marketing (30% of Time Required)
- Close coordination with Sales Team
- Pertaining to payouts, Sales Deduction Claims Processing ~ Sales Allowance, Rebates, Collating Debit notes, cross validating.
- Follow up with Disty to ensure timely payment processing.
- Market information compilation from Sales Team for Management & HQ reporting.

Administration Role (10% of Time Required)
- Daily attendance reporting to HOD & coordinating with SGE HR
- Flight Tickets & Hotel Booking - for Country Sales Person.
- Sample Management Ownership - Coordination , Follow up.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Working Experience of SAP preferred but not mandatory
- The candidate shall be presentable and possess a professional attitude
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Experience in Middle East or African markets preferred
- Strong quantitative background with an excellent understanding of the issues and processes required to deliver high quality results
- Adept in all aspects of Supply Chain Management
- Understanding about Samsung SCM system & Importance of Weekly & Monthly Target
- Ability to communicate and respond to common inquiries from sales and logistics department, customers, or members of the business community.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
