Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As the Department Head Brand and MarComms Consumer you will be leading the development and activation of the consumer marketing roadmap for all segments and to put in place strategies and plans to manage the growth of the companys brand.To leverage the communications channels available across Oman - including digital to drive best outcomes from creative and other agencies engaged and seeking new opportunities, partnerships and tactics to differentiate in the market and set new trends.

You will responsible of developing and implementing the annual consumer product and service roadmaps and maintain this on a monthly and quarterly basis, planning and developing bespoke ATL and BTL campaigns to achieve the expected impact/ forecast in revenue and marketshare fully utilising the channel mix available, managing the creative agency effectively to achieve timely and quality concepts, artworks and activations as per the roadmap and drive a culture of responsiveness, accountability and service management within the team, managing the communications across the full channel mix ensuring adaptation of message, style and visuals for maximum impact and effectiveness. (outdoor, press, radio, TV, online etc), analyses findings of the brand health tracker and planning and implementing initiatives to improve results each quarter, researching and developing innovative ways to differentiate in the market and set new trends in communications and campaigns (including digital), ensuring budget planning and control of campaign across the budget lines monthly to avoid overspend and being a strong and responsible leader and coach, mentor and develop direct reports to foster a positive team environment and a high performance and winning culture.

Requirements

You should have 10+ years experience, at least 7 years in a MarComms related function, direct agency experience desirable, otherwise extensive in-house experience and demonstrated track record of people management with bachelor degree in marketing or communications related field,preferred masters degree
