Salary: AED 15000 Per Month Plus Commission, Bonus and Benefits
Job Brief:
A stunning luxury store based in Dubai Mall is currently keen to hire a Russian speaking Manager to lead the sales and operations of a large team of around 20 sales associates.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Achieve excellent standards of customer service in the department by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor.
Motivate team members to achieve shared goals and acknowledge team and individual successes.
Ensure all department staff are trained on all aspects of the department.
Monitor the stock in the department and ensure the department is merchandised commercially and visually as per standards.
Liaise closely with training, PR, Events, Buying and Marketing departments to ensure a commercially viable product line.
Develop a VIP client base and ongoing relations with your clients.
Requirements
Person Specifications:
In order to qualify, you must have proven demonstrable success leading a similar sized retail operation. You must have exceptional knowledge across retail disciplines, be very commercially focused, and have in-depth knowledge of the industry along with natural leadership skills typically gained over 5 years + are also a must. Excellent communications kills in English and Russian.
