Employment: Full Time

The Role:

Manages the department with the highest possible standard of the Food Service Call Centre.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for complete operations of the Food Services Call Centre, responsible for taking delivery orders for all Food Service Brands to Alshaya Markets.

Requirements

* Good spoken and written English, Arabic is desirable
* 2-5 years prior experience preferred, with at least 1 year of management experience
* Ability to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent goals and deadlines
