Employment: Full Time

Salary: 17,750 Qatari Riyal plus bonus plus commission

Edge Resourcing is currently searching for a Department Manager to join a very successful fine jewellery brand, based in Qatar. Working alongside the Boutique Manager you will be key in ensuring sales targets are achieved, the team is supervised, motivated and well coached, and exemplary customer service levels are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will:
• Inspire and motivate a team of 3+ to achieve their sales performance targets and increase the profitability of the Department.
• Focus on clientel development and managing VIP relationships.
• Ensure the team are coached on a continuous basis to help improve their product knowledge, customer service levels and sales performance.
• Measure sales conversion rates on a daily basis. Monitor sales goals of the Sales Associates.
• Inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure high merchandising standards are in place.
• Participate in regular team briefings.
• Participate in sales promotional activities including trunk shows, events and seasonal sales.
• Oversee stock management, stock audit and stock loss initiatives.
• Manage the Boutiques Operations including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail experience within the local market in Qatar, with at least 1 year experience in leading a team to achieve their goals.
• Strong sense of initiative and commercially aware.
• Passion for luxury retail with a bias towards Jewellery.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Luxury Jewellery product knowledge is a must.
