Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly prestigious English Department Store. Our client has a global presence and is looking to hire a Department Store Manager for their Abu Dhabi establishment.
You will be responsible for driving the Department Store whilst achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action. You will manage staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees alongside coaching and counseling staff to optimize results.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have previous experience managing a Department Store with multi-brands. You should have good fashion knowledge and a real passion for retail.
Our Client is looking for a candidate who will focus on customer service, is comfortable with budget expenses as well as a good analytical manager with excellent market knowledge.
