Department Store Manager

My client, one of the leading luxury Retailers in the Middle East, specialising in the retail and distribution of renowned luxury brands is looking for an experienced Department Store Manager. With the Retail industry in the region becoming ever more competitive my client, who operates over 400 retail outlets across a number of countries, is well positioned to remain one of the market leading Retailers providing fantastic career opportunities.

My client is committed to providing excellence, they place great emphasis on recruiting experienced, passionate, luxury retailers to join their team and they are currently looking for an experienced Department Store Manager to manage one of their most unique but successful concepts. The role will include responsibilities such as the following:
- Manage the team to ensure the sales targets are achieved
- Provide and encourage outstanding customer service
- Build and maintain the customer database
- Deliver Sales reports
- Efficiently manage the stock
- Develop and monitor the Stores P&L
- Design and set up the yearly strategic plan and the yearly budgets
- Coordinate with the marketing team for new product launches
- Maintain a smooth relationship with the suppliers and business partners

Requirements

- Confidence in managing, engaging and guiding a team
- Experience in managing P&L
- 3 years experience in a management role in a similar sector of the Retail industry
- Experience in generating and circulating reports to senior management
- Confidence in upholding and implementing the highest standard of store operations
- Experienced in communicating with suppliers, marketers
