The RoleThe Role* Support and advise the Head of Department on all administrative matters pertaining to the Department * Establish and manage strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders * Provide strategic administrative leadership to the Department * Oversee the following departments: personnel, finance, contracts, information technology * Ensure effective and efficient management of human resources of the Department * Manage the performance of service delivery in the Department * Lead and build teams and coordinate overall legal, policy and financial compliance * Assist with structures and policies to facilitate the management of the Department, in line with the vision and mission of the Department |
RequirementsRequirementsA Master's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field is desired. 15 years experience in business management Required Skills: -Sound knowledge of relevant legislation -Strategic thinking -Leadership ability -Change management skills -Goal orientation -Service delivery orientation -Innovation skills -Financial and human capital management skills -Coordination and administrative skills -Utmost professionalism. English and Arabic are a must Holder of the Qatari nationality |
