Job description / Role
Looking for an experienced journalist for Al Mar'a, our women's magazine.
The ideal candidates should have the:
- Track record of excellence as a writer and editor
- Talent for identifying important and relevant stories
- A proven ability to turn ideas into compelling, clear, and insightful articles
- Co-ordinate with the designers, marketing team, columnists and freelancers
- Manage the publication, website updation and social media accounts
- Work on the events related to the publication
Requirements
- Experience in lifestyle journalism is a plus
- Ability to converse in English
- Formal journalism qualification from a respected institution
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in an arabic magazine or newspaper
- Omani National will be preferred
