The RoleThe RoleA leader in facilities management services, who gives life to new structures and sustains life in existing ones by its planning, installing, operating and maintaining the sophisticated systems that create facility environments. Able to undertake and complete the most ambitious projects, and to redefine and shape the future of the facilities services industry. Are looking for a Deputy Facilities Manager to join their exceptional team. Supporting the Facilities Manager, the duties will include ensuring the site functions efficiently, overseeing and co-ordinating subcontractors and staff. Actual Responsibilities will be to manage the day to day operations and planned preventative maintenance, provide technical support, reports and recommendations. You will be carrying out daily rounds of the facility, identifying potential problems, areas of concern and improvement. You will be required to stand in for the Facility Manager when needed. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will have experience of Facilities Services, have a degree preferably in HVAC, Electrical or Building Services. Have experience in running and maintaining modern HVAC plant and associated BMS and Plant Management Equipment. Some experience in project management, and a total of 15 years overall experience in a similar field. |
