Employment: Full Time

Our client a leading paint manufacturing company in Iraq is looking to hire a Deputy General Manager-sales for their growing organisation to be based in Iraq

Salary - USD 5000-5500

Reporting the Group General Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to grow from a Sales Manager post to the Deputy General Manager.

An ideal person should have experience in paints industry in GGC and should have good market knowledge with experience in sales. You should have experience in managing a sales team of minimum 5 people as job requires a lot of management skill and Supervision.

Requirements

• Supervision - which involves selecting and supporting the employee team and upholding group policies, develop and communicate group goals and results to all personnel, uphold group policies
• Public relations- Which involves building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Marketing- Which involves developing and directing marketing activities.
• Profitability and sales- Which involves establishing and achieving sales and profitability goals and increasing the group market share through regular sales efforts, achieve or exceed Sales targets, EBITDA targets and other key performance measurements
• Increase market share through regular sales efforts by supervising sales staff and reviewing daily reports and sales results.
• Service by providing and promoting the service necessary to meet the objectives.
• Reporting which involves keeping the Group GM informed of the company status and activities and assisting the senior executive team activities when requested.
• Capital requirements- involves determining the company fixed asset needs and presenting a fixed asset budget to the senior executive team.
• Taking complete care of the finances by coordinating with the accounts departments and make sure that all the books are updated on timely basis.
• There will be some additional duties which will be assigned by the Group GM as and when it will come along with all the above.
