Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1) Formulate and implement the marketing plan, execute the marketing strategy and report to Head of department or General manager.
2) Establish and maintain business with correspondent banks to develop and protect business income.
3) Co-ordinate commercial proposals and negotiate with correspondent banks to retain and maximize profitability.
4) Investigating and drafting annual credit rating and credit limit assessment report for financial institutions
5) Understand and promote financial services and banking products;

Requirements

1) Fluent English is essential and fluency in another language (preferably Chinese is a distinct advantage).
2) 3+ years experience in a client facing/marketing or sales support role, especially for correspondent banks.
3) Have an extensive experience working within Commercial Banking.
4) Have knowledge and understanding of Banking Products and Services.
5) Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
6) Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate appropriately within this team environment.
7) Excellent relationship building skills, ability to interact with varying levels throughout the organization.
8) Self starter with the ability to not only recognize tasks to complete but also how best to effectively and efficiently complete them.
9) B.A., B.S., in relevant field.
