Deputy Head of HR

Job description / Role

A well established financial services organisation are looking for a Deputy Head of HR to join the team.

The Role
The successful candidate will be expected to support the Head of HR to build on HR Vision and Strategies in synchronization with the business mission and objectives, develop and implement Human Resources policies, plans and procedures manage the performance management systems.

You will take ownership of the daily Human Resources activities across the organisation, ensuring that business objectives and strategy are reflected in the Human Resources processes and that all HR-related services are delivered in a professional and proactive manner.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of working within HR at a senior level. A focus within talent management and OD would be highly advantageous especially within Nationalization projects.

Financial services/banking experience in the GCC region is essential for this role along with exceptional communication and management skills.

Masters degree and professional Certification such as GPHR/SPHR/or CIPD are preferable.

My client would prefer candidates who can demonstrate stability and longevity on the CV.

Salary
AED 60000 - 67000 total financial package
