Job description / Role
- Carrying out feasibility studies & preparation of variation orders
- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, take-off, bills of quantities & other related documentation
- Performing risk analysis evaluation
- Forecast, advice, control & monitor project Costs
- Prepare sub-contract & supplier evaluations
- Prepare monthly interim payment applications and sub-contract & supplier
valuations
- Prepare monthly progress report
- Preparation of rate analysis
- Check drawings both Approved for Construction and Tender Drawings for Change order / variations.
- Prepare work orders to the Subcontractors
- Counter checking of all site works pertaining to Commercial matters
- Check Invoice from the Supplier and Subcontractor
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings
- Preparation & submission of final accounts
Requirements
- Professional Civil Engineer having extensive work experience of minimum 5 years in GCC out of a total of 15 years mainly in road and bridges construction dealing with Quantity surveying, change orders, EOT, Claims evaluation, Cost Control.
