Job description / Role
Reporting to the MEP Project Manager, you will be working on a large healthcare project based in the South of the Kingdom. With a demonstrable track record in a similar role for an MEP contractor, you will be responsible for monitoring activities on site and assisting with the successful delivery of the project.
THE ROLE
• Assisting with the programming of the works
• Liaising, and attending meetings with the clients
• Site reports, liaising with the Quantity Surveyor, HSE and providing information
• Assign, schedule and manage labour to projects, as well as ensuring quick and efficient solutions to all customer issues that may arise
• Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Manage trades and coordinate the works
• Assist with the development of proposals and project planning
• Promote a safe working environment, upholding the companies health and safety policies
Requirements
• Previous experience working for an MEP Contractor
• Experience working on large healthcare projects
• Qualified to HND or degree level in a relevant subject
• Committed to continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer service
• Up to date with modern building methods
• Fluent Arabic speaker
• Mechanical bias would be ideal
