The Ministry of Housing Infrastructure Program is a multi-billion dollar program supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias Ministry of Housing construction program. The overall MOH program is a national priority intended to relieve a severe housing shortage through the construction of complete communities throughout the Kingdom. Our scope is to master plan, design and provide Construction Supervision for 15 individual project sites (there are probably close to 100 sites overall ours tend to be the mega sites with some as large as 10 million square meters). While we master plan the entire communities, our design and Construction Supervision scope is limited to infrastructure only. Structures will be provided by others.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent).
- Overall 20 years related work experience, 10 years in related discipline is required.
- Professional registration may also be required.
- The deputy role is complex and covers the full range of program-level duties, everything from managing program finances and staffing levels to sorting out logistical matters, promoting our training program, resolving technical problems, mediating staff disputes and serving in a Client interface role.
- The successful candidate will need a solid engineering background (preferably in civil engineering) and sharp diplomatic skills.
- The ability to speak Arabic is not necessary but would be a plus. Professional credentials are important and Parsons PM Certification will be required within six months after arrival. Travel within the Kingdom, though not frequent, will be required.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
