Deputy Software Manager

Job description / Role

For an International company based in Dubai. Must have a BA in Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years experience in Software Engineering. Must have worked in a Management position before. You would be responsible to manage and monitor analysis, design, coding, installation etc of solutions for the customers.

You would be required to assist the Software Manager with the budget plan, help establish the operating policies and procedures, prepare reports regarding achievements against plan. With regards to software operations – provide support and direction to the team, reviewing and evaluating new applications systems, modifications and changes, and conducting performance appraisals.

Requirements

The candidate for this system should have leadership skills, be able to delegate and manage people, be creative and innovative, and be a good problem solver. Must be customer focused and have excellent communication skills. Salary for this position is 20k + per month.
