Deputy Stake Holder Manager

Job description / Role

The deputy stake holder manager will support the Stakeholders Delivery P.M. with on-site field Design/Construction management activities associated with the technical submittals of construction package(s).

- Support the performance of the construction team to confirm compliance with Local Authority Codes and Standards.
- Applies a comprehensive knowledge of various disciplines to be used during construction, communication skills and knowledge of Local Authority Codes and Standards.
- Supports the Stakeholders Delivery Project Manager in obtaining the Local Authorities Approvals and help to monitor on-schedule completion in accordance with contractual obligations; and monitors risks/problems and helps develop options to resolve and review/Authority approval of the daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications: 4-year degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- To be considered for this role you require 12 years of related work experience providing Design/Construction and project management services; Alternately, 15 years construction related experience with continued career development and certification. Experience in the construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.

Further Qualification Required:
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, good written and excellent oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required. In addition, must be knowledgeable of current Authorities Codes and Standards, technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.

Further Experience Required:
- At least 5 years experience with Local Authorities.
