Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
-general dermatology procedures and cosmetic procedures
-provide guidance on a client's skin care
-diagnose the disease
-offer suggestions and write prescriptions to improve a client's issues
-treat issues like skin aging, sun spots and other imperfections such as uneven skin tone
-Preparing the treatment plan
-ensure quality is maintained in service delivery
-monitor and do all dermatological procedures in the SPA
-following the patient’s condition
-give suggestions on change in life style
Requirements
Professional experience:
-trained and certified with at least 3 years of work experience
-experience in dermatology clinic or medical SPA
-excellent customer service skills
-professional and well groomed appearance
-experience within a Customer focused environment
Personality:
-explain patient about the disease
-listen to patients
-have an ability to work for long hours
-calm and composed
-friendly, courteous and polite with patient
-flexible with scheduling and available to work extra hours
-well groomed, presentable, ability to work under stressful environment and ability to multi-task
-strongly organized, self-motivated, punctual
-respecting corporate standards
Language Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (any additional language an advantage)
