Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

One of our clients is a leading specialized clinics in the medical profession. They are currently looking for a licensed and certified dermatologist who shall be based in their clinic in Riyadh.

Duties and Responsibiliites:

• Diagnose and treat general and abnormal skin conditions.
• Conduct complete skin examinations and other related surgeries such as cosmetic procedures if necessary.
• Examine clients' skin, using magnifying lamps or visors when necessary, to evaluate skin condition and appearance.
• Counsel patients on topics such as the need for annual dermatologic screenings, sun protection, skin cancer awareness, or skin and lymph node self-examinations.
• Record patients' health histories.
• Perform skin surgery to improve appearance, make early diagnoses, or control diseases such as skin cancer.
• Recommend diagnostic tests based on patients' histories and physical examination findings.
• Provide dermatologic consultation to other health professionals.
• Stay abreast of latest industry trends, products, research, and treatments.
• Treat the facial skin to maintain and improve its appearance, using specialized techniques and products, such as peels and masks.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Dermatology, licensed to practice from the Saudi Ministry of Health or other relevant accreditations
• 5+ years professional experience
• Strong customer orientation and ability to accurately assess customer needs
• Has a good sense of quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
