The RoleThe RoleThe Design Architect will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on the design and tender documentation of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities will include: - Development of the design from the concept stages to the final design. - Preparation of plans, sections, elevations, details, etc. - Coordination of the design with the structural design team and the electromechanical design team. - Quantity surveying and/or working with the Senior QS to develop bills of quantity. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate should fulfill the following requirements: 1- A diploma or a bachelor's degree in architecture. 2- CAD skills in both 2D and 3D environments. 3- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and detailing of residential and commercial projects. Experience with leading architects / consulting firms in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is a must. 4- Knowledge of Estidama requirements is a plus. 5- Experience in inter-trade coordination is vital. 6- Proficiency in communication in English is important. 7- Communication and interpersonal skills are essential. |
