Job description / Role
Design / Development Manager required for large, high end developer based in Abu Dhabi.
They are well regarded and well established business with a large portfolio of schemes across the UAE, ranging from high end residential projects to Commercial buildings.
The candidate they are looking for will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing design disciplines and stakeholders during planning processes.
- Managing the production of the master plan whilst maintaining high standards.
- Managing relationships with various authorities and government departments.
Requirements
They would like the person to come from an Engineering background and have experience working with a developer in the UAE.
If a candidate has experience of working through the recession also this will be particularly beneficial, but not essential.
