Job description / Role
Our client, the branding arm of a multi-national fully integrated agency, is looking for a Design Director to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
To take creative leadership on assigned client accounts
To help direct other team members to fulfil client needs, along with Creative Director
To be a mentor for Designers and Senior Designers
To facilitate the creative of the conceptual framework for projects
To develop strong relationships with clients, management and the client facing teams
To help ensure that deadlines and budgets are complete, accurate and followed
To provide clear and objective critiques of creative work
To produce creative solutions that reflect or instil distinctive brand personality
To make presentations internally and with senior level clients
To teach creative philosophy, values, and beliefs with the assistance of the Creative Director
Requirements
The successful candidate will have strong experience in the design of FMCG packaging along with the ability to work on more corporate branding projects too.
The candidate should have experience in mentoring more junior candidates with the passion and energy to lead a team to create exceptional work to the agency standards.
