Job description / Role
Should be able to prepare:
- Develop independently fully detailed duct layout from single line drawings conceptual sketches and engineering instructions according to SMACNA or DW 144 duct construction standards.
- Shall be able to coordinate the duct works with other trades, i.e. structural, piping, electrical and interior design.
- Shall have basic knowledge in the air conditioning design
- Shall be able to do duct sizing from air flow data.
HVAC plant room design
- Shall have basic knowledge of different hvac equipments, in terms of function and space requirements.
- Shall be able to develop plant room layouts and sectional drawings.
HVAC piping
- Shall be able to develop detailed pipe layout and isometric drawings.
Requirements
HVAC Draftsman for a multidisciplinary company specialized in industrial and offshore works, with the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the subject field.
- Should be conversant with ACAD 2011, Excel and preferably micro station softwares.
- Experience in PDMS is an added advantage
