Job description / Role
Our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation has a requirement for a design / engineering manager for their HQ in Bahrain.
Candidates should have experience in 3D design of composite materials
To lead a group of Design Engineers to support company product manufacturing and customer requirements
Knowledge and Skills:
High level of managerial skills in leading and supervising large group of professionals. Knowledge of manufacturing design (mechanical, structural, electrical and electronic),
Knowledge of Structural Analysis and Design, 3D Modeling and Design Review.
Knowledge of Planning and workload allocation, productivity in design, modeling and quality.
Knowledge of Costing system engineering, FMEA and RAMS/LCC
Knowledge of latest Computer Aided Design tools and their application in manufacturing industry preferably in composite materials.
Requirements
Ability to work under pressure with high resilience.
Qualification & Experience:
University degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with at least 14 years experience 4 of which in a managerial role
Salary is Negotiable and TAX FREE
