Job description / Role
World class design renowned studio seek a talented Landscape Architect who is capable of, and has previously worked on high quality mixed use (residential / hotel / retail) developments and possesses demonstrable experience from a recognised architectural background.
This person will be responsible for leading on design of both hard and soft landscape for architectural and urban design projects and competitions based out of the Dubai office.
Working closely with design teams and external landscape consultants to support project teams in creating sustainable landscape designs and Overseeing the design of a variety of projects, including urban regeneration schemes, pedestrian schemes, road or retail schemes.
Client presentations, proposal management and negotiations of designs, whilst supporting the other internal design teams.
Requirements
Ideally this person will be based in the UAE currently and have had similar project experience within the Middle East recently.
With around 10-15 years experience post graduation in Landscape Architecture or Architecture with experience weighted on Landscape Architecture, large scale residential, commercial and hospitality projects will be shown in ones portfolio.
Portfolio will show the life of projects from hand sketches, 3d presentation images, to 2D technical documentation.
