The RoleThe RoleOur client are a multi sector engineering business, with key projects in oil and gas, nuclear, chemical and process engineering. As part of their expansion, they are looking to recruit a CIVIL & STRUCTURAL DESIGN MANAGER (and are also looking to strengthen the their team of experienced Civil and Structural Engineers). The business have built a strong portfolio of projects that they have won in the areas of Energy and Process. You will lead the design team function within the business, which has a strong focus on PDS/PDMS 2D design. You will be an experienced Designer and Manager with relevant industry experience in one of the sectors outlined below. The successful candidate will come from an industry such as marine, oil & gas, chemical, chemical plant environments where process/piping and machinery are present. They may also consider candidates from the nuclear sector. Should candidates demonstrate the correct level of suitability, this client will sponsor candidates outside of the UK or those who require Tier 2 sponsorship, so applications are welcome from outside of the UK.
