Job description / Role
This position achieves organizational and department results by overseeing the Design Professional and Technician levels. The incumbent has deep knowledge of multiple subject areas or disciplines; understands how own department integrates across the organization and impacts QPM and understands industry practices and competitors. This position is responsible for delivering results for a business/market segment, and for allocating business/market segment resources including budget responsibility.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for:
Preparing design criteria and strategies for the design of projects and equipment
Working with Project Managers and Design Consultants to deliver the projects on time and on budget,
Participating in or managing in-house technical reviews
Delivering project designs to comply with programme requirements
Utilizing company resources efficiently to accomplish assigned work.
Exposure to previous sporting stadia and infrastructure programmes is an advantage.
Requirements
Key qualifications for this position include:
The successful candidate must have the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Master's preferred
15 years of experience preferred
Chartered Status or Membership of Professional Accredited Association preferred
Degree Required: Bachelors or 4 Year Degree
