Job description / Role
Our client is reputable Interior design company, who is currently looking for an Interior Designer with a Degree in Interior Design / Architecture with around 3 to 4 years of related experience in corporate design, considerable knowledge of the practice and principles of interior alterations, renovations, new layouts and interior materials.
Key responsibilities shall include:
- Conceptualizing, designing and drafting detailed specifications for creating aesthetic and functional interior environment;
- Supervising major execution / renovations, remodeling and additions of large facilities; preparing design packages / construction documents;
- Meeting with vendors, suppliers, contractors and clients to review interior needs and requirements;
- Preparing proposal for design work, final designs and specifications with budgetary constraints.
Requirements
- Capacity to lead a team of designers, drafts personnel and
visualizers.
- Excellent communication skills, knowledge of sustainable
design, CAD programs and free hand sketching skills shall be an added advantage.
