They require an MEP Design Manager to lead the design team on a mixed use commercial multi million dollar project in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh). Candidates should have experience on similar mixed use developments and the ability to lead a team of multi-discipline engineers on large scale projects. Duties will include: • Overall management for the design team covering HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. • Client and Consultant liaison • Preparing weekly reports from meetings and ensuring team follow up on assigned tasks. • Monitoring design activities, amendments on projects and ensuring progress as per the project schedule. • MEP design review, assessment and compliance • Value Engineering • supporting in technical & financial aspects of the role This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to join a reputable Engineering company with a diverse range of clientele. RequirementsRequirements10-12 year post graduate experience Experience on complete project s valued at + 100m AED Degree Qualified (preferable) An in-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing design and installation MEP contractor experience Good written and spoken English – Essential Experience on mixed use commercial projects (Residential, Offices, retail etc…) - Essential |
