Design Manager - Stadia

Job description / Role

To work as part of a talented team on a Fifa compliant Stadium project. Ensuring the quality and suitability of the contractors work on site to drive effective execution and completion of the project. This is an exciting opportunity to take a role on a major head line fast track Stadia project.

- Lead of designers and junior architects, to oversee architectural projects, evaluate existing facilities and reformulate building programs
- To establish and sustain client relations
- To provide expert input in marketing, contractual, design
- To observe project performance and coordinate workload through the entire project to complete documents on schedule
- To study the financial aspect of the project
- To organize construction
- To manage approval of materials and construction

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in architecture, civil engineering or architectural technology
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Design experience in the sporting facility space would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Flexibility to work long hours in remote locations to facilitate the successful completion of the project
