Job description / Role
Our Client is a leading Developer in the country and are starting a large scale residential development with high end finishes
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare design management plan
* Daily design management
* Liaise between relevant parties on design matters
* Liaise with site managers to develop design packages and procurement strategies
* Work autonomously as well as in a team when required
* Is responsible to review the content of each design package with designer
Requirements
* Experienced Design Manager
* Residential Design Management experience
* Communicate at all levels
* Relevant qualification to degree level
* Previous experience with main contractors or Developer
