Job description / Role
My client is a real estate development company. Their portfolio consists of prestigious and large residential and commercial towers.
An opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Design Manager will be responsible for coordinating and leading all the design specialists from various disciplines.
Although this role is for a real estate development company, the Design Manager will be based on site and acting as a client representative.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
Relevant experience, 8-15 years of experience in design management.
Preferably has worked with contracting companies as well as real estate development companies.
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
Has worked on large scale mid rise projects.
Must have worked in the GCC/ Middle East before.
