Design Manager - Road/Highways
Parsons Brinckerhoff is currently involved in a major infrastructure project in Doha.
As such, we are recruiting a Design Manager - Road/Highways to perform highways/roadways design work including highway storm water drainage design with AASHTO/international standards by utilizing MX Roads, Civil 3D highway design software and storm water design software.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of experience in the design of highways/roadways.
- Well versed with the Grade Separated interchanges design.
- Well versed with the Roundabout design.
- Knowledge of Roadside facilities design.
- Ability to design grading plans.
- Ability to design Maintenance of Traffic plans for various construction phases.
- Ability to design Pavement Marking and Signing plans for roadways.
- Middle East experience a plus.
- Command on MX Road and or Civil 3D highway design software.
- Ability to manage Projects.
- Ability to manage client meetings.
- Ability to lead the Design Team.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety practices and policies within the workplace.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 18 years of experience in the design of highways/roadways.
- Knowledge of AASHTO and other international standards.
- Command on the MX Roads and or Civil 3D highway design software.
