Job description / Role
A top fit out contractor who work with fortune 500 companies are looking for a primarily corporate commercial office design experience ( 5 10 years )
UK / Australian qualified ( Degree or Equivalent )
Portfolio with at least 5 projects of 1000 sqm plus.
With evidence of full design and implementation.
Experience of running and motivating a team
Some Project experience outside of Middle East
UAE experience is helpful but not essential
Looking for demonstrable Skill sets in space planning , leading concept design and coordination with MEP
Familiarity with FF&E specification from European & North American manufacturers
Requirements
Western Candidates are preferred with a Degree from a UK or Australian University
Experience - 5/10 Years
Management experience is a must for this role.
