Design Manager

Job description / Role

- Manage and supervise all related activities of the staff of Architects and Technical Engineers.
- Directly manage the development of architectural designs and construction details.
- Ensure on-time completion of technical design work while adhering to established specifications and standards.
- Preparation of project plans, project schedules, proposals and clients contracts.
- Coordination with clients as and when required.
- Managing the quality control as per the approved programs.
- Monitoring of CAD Manual System
- Review and approve technical design phases of projects.
- Establishes, reviews and schedules work priorities for assigned staff.
- Ensures Architectural design work is completed on time and adheres to established specifications and standards.
- Review and approved all clients invoices on assigned projects.
- Accountable for the quality of service profitability on assigned project .
- Coordinate with construction unit for material selection according to approved drawing and client selection / approval.
- Participates in site visits, client meetings and presentations when required.
- Managing the tender stage with QS.

Requirements

1. More 18 years related experience in UAE.
2. Good communication skills,
3. Salary - open to discuss
4. Age 40-50 years old
5. Arab nationality
6. Architect degree holder
