Design Manager

Job description / Role

- Managing a team composed of architects and interior designers in all facets of the interior design procedure documents.
- Coordinate between the Manufacturer, the interior designers , the site engineers the clients and others.
- Possessing effective managerial and organizational skills.

Requirements

- B.Sc. In Interior Design/Architecture from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years experience in high-end decoration projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as design team leader (preferably Gulf Experience ).
- Highly developed ability to communicate effectively and confidentiality , both oral and written with the Manufacturer , the architects , the interior designers , the site engineers , the foremen , the consultants , the contractors , the subcontractors , the clients , the suppliers and others.

Skills
- Excellent management and communication skills to work with different teams.
- Leadership skills, Self-motivated, Good in Time management, use SMART objectives.

Language
- English and Arabic is good advantage

Key Demographic Requirements:
- To be based in Dubai
- Flexible to travel in GCC
