The RoleThe RoleDesign Manager – Saudi (Riyadh) – ££ Excellent The Company This leading PMC has a reputation of being one of the most forward thinking and leading construction companies in the world. They have been involved with some of the Middle East’s prominent buildings in the commercial, retail, health and residential sectors. They have a current requirement for a Design Manager to join them in Riyadh to work on a major new commercial development. The Person You’ll have an architectural background and will have moved over to either a contractor or a consultant where you will have held a Design Management role. You will have experience of working on major new build high rise construction projects and will have seen projects through from start to finish. Preferably you will have prior experience in the Middle East and will have at least 15 years experience. A degree is also essential for this role and being chartered would be advantageous. The Progression. Your career path will either lead you in more senior/regional level design or project management role.
