Design Manager

Job description / Role

- To take overall charge of preparation of design drawings based on the request of Project Manager for various projects.
- Study preparation of drawing list as required based on the trades.
- Responsible for fixing the time limit for preparation of drawings.
- Responsible for going through the drawings and give his comments to the draughtsman about its corrections
- Managing various sites and oversee its working with regard to design activities.
- Responsible for visiting various sites and coordinating the activities of design.
- Carry out the work in accordance with the exact specification and condition.
- Responsible for sending the location charts of assistants to project manager periodically.
- Responsible for maintaining records of drawings in safe custody
- Capable of conducting Design workshop with Client, Contract and implement
- Responsible for pursing claims due to Design change.

Requirements

Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Architect/ B.E /B.Tech Mechanical/ Electrical with 15+ years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC region

Other Specification:
- AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM knowledge
