Job description / Role
- Planning the project design inputs and deliverables to meet client requirements
- Providing the day to day interface between the client and project design team
- Monitoring the performance of design discipline leaders
- Managing the performance of the project design team
- Managing the delivery in line with the project budget
- Maintaining the client relationships
- Preparation of working drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Liaising with the authorities.
- Ensuring the progress of work meets project target dates.
- Design Development, liaising with Client for required special approvals.
- Ensuring the work quality meets Client requirements.
- Project Follow up for assigned projects from concept to tender documentation
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor in Architecture
Nature and length of previous experience: Min. 10 years with a Consultant firms
Specialist knowledge:
- Excellent commands of Auto CAD.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Team leader
- Can work under pressure
Age Range: Min. 28 & Max. 55
