The RoleThe Role-The Client is looking for a candidate that has a drivers licence. -A car is a must since the candidate will be travelling in and around Kenya to service the client. -Meets customer service standards. -Deals promptly with all customers enquiries/requests -Takes care when communicating to the customer checking information is understood and they have what they require. -Remains calm and patient in the face of difficult situations -Selects appropriate information for customer and continually seeks to improve communication channels. -Anticipates problems and identifies issues correctly -Applies logic and common-sense when analysing problems. -Identifies basic requirements. -Breaks a problem down to get behind it and understand it more. |
RequirementsRequirementsDegree/Diploma or relevant IT qualification -2-3 years experience working as a Desktop support/Field support Specialist. -The candidate must be able to read, write and speak good English + your mother tongue. -Knowledge of Windows OS(e.g XP,Vista,Windows7). -Microsoft office applications. -PC\Laptop hardware. -PC\Laptop peripherals, including printers. -Mobile devises Awareness of: -Active directory -Exchange -Apple OS CERTIFIED to at least two of these : -PC\Laptop OEM maintenance Certification.. -CompTia A+ Certification. -Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Certification in desktop area. -Microsoft Office Specialist(MOS) Certification. Certified to perform and maintain: -HP Laptops\Desktops. -DELL Laptops\Desktops. -Acer laptops\Desktops -Lenovo Laptops\Desktops -Toshiba Laptops\Desktops -Fujitsu laptops\Desktops.
