Destination Consultant - Abu Dhabi, UAE
POSITION PURPOSE
The Move One Destination Consultant is the primary point of contact for the assignee during any destination service.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS
Identify the needs and requirements of the assignee and provide advice and guidance to ensure a successful conclusion to any home search
Ensure every assignee is met and personally briefed on the housing itinerary and clearly explain the service to be provided before the start of every home search
Work with real estate agents as and when appropriate to ensure the properties selected meet the budget and requirements of the assignee and that appointments run to schedule
Ensure that all communication with the assignee is copied to client (RMC or local customer)
Immediately notify Coordinator of any issues or challenges that may arise during the service being delivered and document he issues in V3 and if necessary place the job on alert
Record vital service related information in V3 daily by completing comments, statuses, time-tracker, costs, and other fields;
Ensure knowledge of any client specific policies and service requirements
Act as a subject matter expert in terms of local area in respect of housing, schooling, recreational and leisure amenities etc
Provide advice and guidance to assignee in respect of any queries during the service being delivered
Attend client calls as and when requested
Ensure personal punctuality at all times when delivering services with assignee
Establish a positive rapport with team members and work colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve Move One goals
Other duties as reasonably assigned
Requirements
University degree is preferred
A minimum of two years service industry experience in a customer service role is essential
UAE Driving licence is essential and own vehicle preferred
Must have strong PC skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
Effective problem-solving and mediation skills.
Inquisitiveness and eagerness to continuously develop self on destination city information
Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels)
Strong service inclination and customer orientation
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing)
Excellent listening skills
Time management skills
Strong attention to detail
WORK REQUIREMENTS
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignment
